Double the recipe for larger amounts.
Ingredients:
- 500grams of chicken.
- 2 cups white jasmine rice
Butter Chicken Sauce:
- 410gm tomato puree or any canned version of chopped/diced tomatoes
- 250ml cream or coconut cream/milk
- 3 Tbsp Cosmo’s Spicy Harissa Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and bring to a slow boil. Adjust cream, salt and cinnamon to taste.
2. Reduce the heat and add the chicken. Bring up to full temperature.
3. Boil the rice until fluffy, serve with the Butter Chicken
